Policies

Due to health and safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the salon. Children receiving a service and service dogs are an exception, but must be supervised at all times.

All product purchases are final sale. Defective parts are an exception.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge of the service scheduled. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, such as extensions and color corrections.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. This includes clothing damage due to salon service. Robes are provided for this reason.

Adjustments must be made within one week of the original appointment, and are scheduled with the same stylist. This does not mean a change of color or style due to change of mind.
