Potential Risk: Do any of the following apply to you or anyone in your household?

Live in a nursing home. Have lung disease: such as moderate to severe asthma. Immunocompromised: cancer treatment; smoking; bone marrow or organ transplant; people with poorly controlled HIV or AIDS; prolonged use of corticosteroids; people with severe obesity (BMI over 40); diabetics. Serious heart condition. People with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis. Hepatitis B or C. 65 years or older.

New Temporary Salon Flow

1. Face covering required: a cloth face mask or a disposable paper mask (adapted as needed for service).
2. Clients are to wait in their vehicles until notified by stylist.
3. Only clients in the waiting area. (2 max. no guests).
4. Bring only essentials: cell phone, face mask and wallet.
5. Wash hands for 20 seconds immediately prior to entering salon.
6. Blow-drying and styling will be minimal.
7. Shampooing prior to appointments is preferred.



Due to health and safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the salon. Children receiving a service and service dogs are an exception, but must be supervised at all times.

The Salon Client Health Confirmation form must be filled out prior to service.

All product purchases are final sale. Defective parts are an exception.

If you are not feeling well please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule, there will be no penalties for cancellations. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit, such as extensions and color corrections.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. This includes clothing damage due to salon service. Robes are provided for this reason.

Adjustments must be made within one week of the original appointment, and are scheduled with the same stylist. This does not mean a change of color or style due to change of mind.
